Aerial yoga combines the strength, balance, and flexibility of traditional yoga with the freedom that comes with being suspended in the air. This practice is designed for spinal decompression, lymphatic movement and myofascial release and uses the aerial hammock to move through yoga and other poses.

Our Kids Aerial Yoga 3-week Series (ages 8-12) is designed to give children an exciting and unique experience, building both confidence and strength as they explore movement in the air! Using aerial silks, kids will have fun learning basic aerial poses and transitions, while also improving their balance, flexibility, and coordination. This series offers a chance to experience yoga in a playful way, helping children develop mind body awareness and self-assurance through creative movement.

We recommend children have some prior experience in gymnastics, dance, or sports. If not, please call the studio to schedule a private session before joining the series.

Join us for a special class designed for you and your baby! We'll gently move and stretch to release tension, rebuild postpartum strength, and create a meaningful bonding experience. Some movements will include your baby, offering benefits for both of you. We’ll end with 15 minutes dedicated to community time for moms and soothing sound healing for the little ones. Open to babies ages 6 weeks to 18 months.

These classes are all about helping you reclaim your strength and confidence through a doctor-led program that prioritizes core and pelvic floor recovery in a baby-friendly, supportive space. You’ll enjoy small group sessions that focus on total-body strength, mobility, stability, and control—with a special emphasis on deep inner core and pelvic floor connection. All mamas-to-be and new moms are welcome—bring your baby or come solo!
