The goal of this program is to support pregnant women through all trimesters with safe, intentional yoga practices that build strength, relieve tension, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body and mind for labor and birth.
A one-time purchase of $50 gives you unlimited access to our growing library of prenatal yoga & movement videos (with a special postpartum core recovery video included!), designed to support you throughout your pregnancy—starting as early as the first trimester. Our classes will help you feel strong, energized, and more prepared for birth and postpartum recovery.
