In 2025, Emily earned her certification in Exercise, Core, Strength, and Pilates (E.C.S.P.) under the guidance of Jonathan Nguyen, a world-renowned educator and expert in Reformer training on the Xformer. She is thrilled to bring this dynamic and innovative movement modality to the community and will be teaching at CoreReform, a newly opened studio in Highland Park, NJ.
Class Description:
Our modern Reformer class isa 50-minute full-body session on the Xformer, ending with 5 minutes of guided stretching. Expect slow, intentional movements using the time-under-tension method to deeply activate and challenge your muscles.
This class blends traditional Pilates principles with modern strength and sculpting techniques, offering the personalized feel of a personal training session in a dynamic group setting. You'll build core strength, flexibility, body awareness, and improved posture through functional and stability-based exercises.
