Whether you’re a first-time mom or navigating pregnancy again, this series creates a safe and empowering space to move, learn, and prepare for birth.

These classes are all about helping you reclaim your strength and confidence through a doctor-led program that prioritizes core and pelvic floor recovery in a baby-friendly, supportive space. You’ll enjoy small group sessions that focus on total-body strength, mobility, stability, and control—with a special emphasis on deep inner core and pelvic floor connection. All mamas-to-be and new moms are welcome—bring your baby or come solo!

This class is designed for all newly postpartum moms—come with or without your baby! We’ll gently rebuild strength, release tension from pregnancy and birth, and support pelvic floor healing. Babies ages 6 weeks to 9 months are welcome, and some movements will incorporate baby if you choose to bring them (totally optional!).
