Wiggle and Wander: A Mindful Movement Series with EverWild

1 hour 30 minutes @ $45.00

(Ages 0-5 with caregiver)
Begin your morning with intentional movement designed to ground both grown-ups and little ones. Through gentle stretching, playful breath work, and connection-based activities, we help regulate busy bodies and prepare them for joyful exploration.

After we wiggle together, children are invited to wander freely through our natural play space—mud kitchens, nature loose parts, and more.

The time of the class is 10-11:30 AM. We will begin with mindful movement, yoga, stretching and breathing (with parent) and end with an hour of free play.
